Notice of 2020 LMBC AGM 7pm-Tue-25-Aug-2020 and Notice of Motions to Alter the Constitution

Notice is given for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Launceston Mountain Bike Club (Inc.) as follows: Date: Tue-25-Aug-2020 Time: 7pm Venue: Gunners Arms Tavern, 23 Lawrence Street, Launceston TAS 7250 Some refreshments and a light supper will be provided. LMBC would like to remind all members to stay at home if you are feeling unwell and to continue COVID-19 safe practices such as using the hand sanitiser on arrival, maintaining physical distances, signing the attendance register on arrival, and observing signage in the venue where you will need to be seated. The 2020 AGM Agenda is at 20200825_lmbc_agm_agenda_2020.pdf . Notice is also given for 2 motions to alter the LMBC Constitution at the AGM on 25-Aug-2020. The 2 motions are identified in the 2020 AGM Agenda. Motion 1 is to allow members to decide if an Auditor is to be appointed. Motion 2 is to allow accounts to be paid by electronic transfer of funds.
